Free shipping for Netherlands on orders over €50

We ship worldwide from Amsterdam, Netherlands. All items are normally despatched within one business day of placing your order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


All orders are shipped with PostNL/DHL and are processed daily, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.


Please note that the shipping times below are estimated for non-holiday season. During busy holiday season or on rare occasions, there can unfortunately be slight delays in transit that are beyond our control. (e.g. wrong or incomplete shipping address, customs clearance, etc.)

Netherlands

Free shipping for Netherlands on orders over €50.

Shipping fee €4,95 for orders below €50.

Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.

Belgium

Free shipping for Belgium on orders over €60.

Shipping fee €8 for orders below €60.

Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.

Europe

Free EU shipping on orders over €60.

Shipping fee €11.5 for order below €60.

Europe (Non-EU)

Free shipping on orders over €100.

Shipping fee €13.2 for order below €100.

Rest of the world

Free worldwide shipping on orders over €150 (US$163*).

Shipping fee €24 (US$32.5*) for order below €150 (US$130*).

Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days.

Prices excluding tax will be shown after filling in your shipping address.

Most parcels will reach their destination within 2 weeks, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.

Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. EwaliBeauty encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Unfortunately, EwaliBeauty is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.

Wrong Address / Corrections

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. EwaliBeauty will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.


If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address is the responsibility of the customer.
